4G version camera,How to install a SIM card?

Please refer to the instructions in the following figure.

First, locate the card slot position, insert the SIM card and SD card, and then start up.

Camera Indicator Light Guide:

① No light: Indicates that the power is off or the camera is in sleep mode.

② Steady red: Means that the network is not connected.

③ Steady yellow: Signifies that the network connection is normal.

④ The red light flashes: Indicates that the data card is not recognized. In such a case, you should check whether there is a card inserted or if there has been an attempt to change the card.

⑤ The red light flashes twice: This implies that there is no traffic or the signal is bad. You should then check the traffic status or the 4G signal to see if they are normal.

Wifi version connection

1. Download the V380 Pro APP for connection.

2. The camera does not support 5G network, and the camera only supports 2.4G WiFi.

3. Hold down the reset button for 3-5 seconds to reset the camera and then connect it.
